I went to the doctor's the other day for my annual check up. I couldn't believe that I was five pounds heavier. I don't have a lot of physical activities at work. Let's face it, how many calories can you burn sitting at a desk all day? After I'm done for the day who wants to go on the gym. Not me. And until spring is here I'm not going for my walks in the snow. So I guess I better start looking for diet supplements that works well with my physiology.
