Delicious sugar free chocolates

Diabetes is classified as a disease. In my own personal experience I classify it  as an imbalance in your system that with some work on your diet and exercise for most people they can keep it under control. But most people feel that they don't have the time and patience to put their system back in balance. Because of my love for chocolate I searched and found delicious sugar free chocolates along with my exercise program I'm feeling better than ever in my fight against the so called diabetes.

The importance of upgrading smoke detectors and carbon monoxide testers

It's always been so important in the past as in now as in the future to make sure you have up to date smoke detectors and carbon monoxide testers in your home.  And at least once a year replace their batteries because what good is the sensor that's not working because of a lousy two dollar battery.

Welding supplies

My husband loves having fun with the kids specially when it comes to their bigger outside toys including the snowmobile and the ATV's. We all had so much fun riding around in the mud this summer. He is now building a garage bigger to have more room for working on their projects. I see a bunch of boxes arrived the other day, he said that they were welding supplies for the up and coming winter project building a quarter midget racing go cart for the spring.

Fruit juices

What's the world coming to when one of the most nutritious things we need to put into our body are fruit juices? Orange juice, apple juice, grape juice. I guess the government has always known that there is arsenic in everyone of these products. The government has also said  not to give high concentrations of fruit juice to children under the age of three. Well, what about from ages 4 to adult? There is no iron clad regulation on the amount of arsenic that can be in products. They only compare one product to the other and if they happen to catch that one is a lot higher they stop the process of that product until it is comparable to the other product.

Metal buildings

I think I started a little backwards on collecting things. What I really need is a few metal buildings to put my collection of sorts inside. Over ten years you tend to accumulate  different things.  First, we bought a snowmobile then we bought a boat, a couple years after that we bought some ATV's.  These have all been stored in two smaller buildings but there's just not enough room inside to move around or to work on anything so its time for a bigger building.

Shopping go crazy

I can't believe how crazy it can be to go Christmas shopping this year. It seems like there are way too many people inside the stores you can't even move around without hitting someone with your shopping cart. As I'm backing out of my space in the parking lot there are two people fighting to get in to it. Each one of them edging closer so there was hardly any room for me to back up. So at that time  I pulled back in shut my key off and let them wait and wonder as I looked over my Christmas list. It must have been ten minutes before they moved on. hahaha Then I left fast.

Hotels in Orlando

My mother in-law lives in Ocala just about a little over an hour from Walt-Disney World. It would be nice to stay at her house because she does have extra room but being we were staying five days  at Disney we decided to look into the hotels in Orlando. It would save us three total hours of driving each day. After looking at all the options we decided to stay right at Walt- Disney World Resorts. What a time we had.

Santa's little helper costume

I love it when it comes to dressing up there's not many times a year that we get out . Sometimes formal sometimes not. Last Halloween it took awhile to find my costume but it was awesome. A while back my favorite was Pocahontas. This year my husband surprised me with buying online a Santa's little helper costume but I won't be wearing it out. It came complete with leg warmers. I can see why you would never stay warm in this.

Air ambulance service

You would think this day and age that if you were in an accident and an ambulance picked you up you would assume that they're taking you to the best hospital for your circumstances. But sometimes this doesn't work out.  As you start your travels in an ambulance the driver is on his radio communicating with dispatch and sometimes the right hospital is overwhelmed at that moment  for whatever reason. They end up diverting you to another hospital that usually doesn't suit your problem with their specialty.  That's when you hope you survived until you get to the proper hospital. You may home that you have
air ambulance service for transport because ambulance rides can be ridiculously expensive.

Dryness in the air

I can't believe how dry our house is this year and we haven't even really used the wood stove. We bought one of those new electric heaters that supposed to use a lot less electricity. So far the bill hasn't been bad but it is drying the house out a lot more than normal. Any average day we're going through two gallons  of water in the humidifier just to try to keep up with the dryness.

Dropdowndeals coupon codes

Coupons save thousands of people thousands and thousands of dollars everyday. I don't really find too many that I can use myself. I average about  ten dollars in savings a week when I go shopping. So I guess its at least something. There maybe a coupon for a similar product to one that I used but even with a dollar off its still twenty cents more than the one that I used. The most exciting thing that's happened recently is the dropdowndeals coupon codes, at least I maybe able to search a lot of sites to find the exact coupon.

Re-painting

Re-painting the inside of our house is always such a big job. We have a lot of knotty pine  door and window casings. Luckily most of the casings  were secured on with trim screws. These screws are made so you can remove the trim before you paint. How nice is that. You don't have to worry about painting the edge of the wall next to the wood makes it so much easier every time we re-paint.

Christmas Party Invitations

The Christmas party at work we had last year was so amazing. The band was perfect, the food was great . The only thing we could have had   a lot less of was children. I should say small children. To have a party like these with over three hundred people out of control little kids I know they're only having fun but you couldn't even get on a dance floor. Last year we didn't receive our Christmas Party Invitations until five days before the party and that's so short of a notice.

Hydroponics

In our house as you walk there's a space open above the closet in the foyer. There is cathedral ceilings above it so there is a lot of room at the top of the closet. It is five foot by seven foot. I usually have my plants there. This winter I would like to build a miniature green house there, complete with artificial lighting. A friend of mine has a hydroponics system and it works great but there's no taste to the vegetables. Sure there's no dirt but I think that the vegetables draw from the earth which makes them more tasty. So I think I will do it my way.

Rustic bedding

Two years ago we went on a small weekend vacation up to Old Forge New York. The kids really enjoyed the water ride, my husband and myself like the walking through the old town and browsing all the little shops. The antique souvenirs in that town are so incredible and not made in China. One of the things that caught my eye was the rustic bedding. Being our house has a knotty pine decor the rustic look would be a great addition to our collection.

2008 Polaris atv outlaw

They have a Polaris ATV on e-bay the other day it's a 2008 outlaw so cool looking. It has the outlaw graphics on it, the skull and crossbones I have a shirt that is the same. Everything is there except the engine. The engines are expensive but this 4 wheeler is worth without the engine around 2000 dollars compared to a complete 2008 are priced at around 3600 dollars. I figure if you could get this cheep enough around 800 if the guy would take it. You could look though the winter for an engine for the spring.

LCD tv mounts

Moving from place to place there's always some compromise or improvisions that you have to come up with to make some of your old furnishings work. Our former place had a large living room and we had a large L-shaped couch so we had to sell that couch to buy a new one. Also our washer and drier with the bigger models we sold them to buy an apartment size stackable washer and drier. And wouldn't you know it the new place had cathedral walls so we even had to change our lcd tv mounts. It took a little while to find the right one but it looks so awesome the way it's angled into the ceiling.

Fall auction profits

It's about that time of the year that my husband starts putting things up for auction on eBay. All summer long between yard sales and garage sales he picks up unique things at very reasonable prices in hopes that he can profit on all these during the fall season to help offset our fuel and Christmas spending. Last year he profited 12oo dollars from his little effort.

Reverse osmosis

Years ago we moved into an apartment complex, the water was horrible. My husband called to have it tested it wasn't that great. We ended up installing two different pre-filters and a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink just to make sure that we were drinking the best possible water we could without the germs. We talked to the manager in the office at the apartment complex. They told us that the water was generally good drinking condition. By contacting the local health department we started receiving through our email quarterly postings of the water condition.  It was amazing how many times e-coli virus had been in the water and it did coincide with everyone getting sick almost at the same time that this was reported. We're thankful for our filter system stopping this for us.

Enjoying the hectic fall

When it comes to fall around our house there's just so many things to do. Make sure that we have at least half the wood that we need to burn to heat the house. Getting all the leaves rakes up and put in the proper place. Making sure all of our outdoor toys are picked up and organized in the shed. So today even though everything isn't done we're taking time out to go for a walk down to the creek. Possibly go fishing for awhile while we have the good weather.

Breast cancer awareness products

It's always so sad when you hear the word cancer whether it is a friend, relative, or your next door neighbor. It still makes you wonder how many things they classify as cancer these days.  The first thing the doctors say to you "oh we need to get you in right away to start treatments".  The treatments may kill you faster then the cancer itself by breaking down your immune system where a common cold to take your life.

The best thing that I've seen are breast cancer awareness products. At least  finding out earlier is better than later. By having extra time you can look into these. There maybe other alternatives for your treatments. I've heard of a lot of people using alternative medicines these days. Some of these are close friends and we shall see how the final outcome is.   This year at the state fair they were giving away  bracelets for cancer awareness. In the last few years between the cancer society and the diabetes society I've been  at five different events where I've donated  my time and knowledge in hopes in eliminating  cancer in my lifetime.

Buttons that don't work

I found an interesting story online the other day which kind of made me mad. Did you realize that most buttons for closing the door in an elevator are just fake buttons? Years ago these buttons always worked but now the elevator door is on a timer and it doesn't help to push the button at all. Another button that most times is fake specially in New York City is a crosswalk button. You can push it all you like but it doesn't speed up the timer that controls the stop light. It's completely fake. Again years ago these worked but now they don't. They just want to give you the false sense that it does.

Salt scrubs

My birthday is coming and I hope my husband gets the hints that I've dropped on him over the last couple of months. Every year he buys me some nice things but I wish he would buy me more volume when it comes to the salt scrubs. Even if he buys me something that I don't really need or its a wrong kind I still give him a big kiss and a hug of appreciation that he took the time to try to at least find what he thought I wanted.

Bad economy

It's such a startling picture about what's happening to the economy across the world. I think most of it is because of the United States deficit. I'm not very political so I can't pinpoint any one thing its a bunch of different things. Hopefully someday it will clear up. For my own little world our house was worth a hundred and twenty thousand now we can't even sell it for eighty thousand. We were counting on the equity that we've built up over the years as our profit for all our hard work of building it.

House for rent by owner

I remember years ago when we were starting out and trying to find the ideal place to raise our family. First of, we thought that we could buy a place but they were too unaffordable on our budget. So we searched the classifieds for house for rent by owner but we really needed to find the right place to suit our needs. We wanted to be on a lower apartment of a house that had a private and secured yard so therefore we could keep an eye on our young children as they played. It took us quite sometime but within seven months we found a great place with a great landlord that also had young children.

Food prices

It is so ridiculous,  food at the store is so expensive. It used to cost us about ninety dollars a week five years ago. Now we are spending about 145 a week. We aren't buying more either actually we're buying less. As we shop also we are looking for cheaper comparable prices. Twenty percent of our bill is liquid as in milk, water, juices so we have started drinking more water less juice. What a pain.

Utility knife

My husband works  as a carpenter through the local union. Over the years he's had a lot of tough jobs some out of town for months. One of the more interesting jobs he had was working inside of the big nuclear steam tower. Most of the time in the tower was spent on his hands and knees replacing filter packs that filter the water. What a pain he said that was. His latest job was the easiest ever. The only tools that he needed were a utility knife and a tape measure. He was replacing ceiling tiles in three different schools. He was hoping this job would have lasted longer than it did.

Pepper plants

Its sad to see winter coming, what seems to be so early. We had a cold front come through that sent a frost across our garden. I thought everything was dead but I guess my peppers don't want to give up. I went out there yesterday and two pepper plants survived. Between the two of them there's at least fifteen yummy peppers that will make it full grown before the next frost I hope.

Medical scrubs

So funny to look back at old pictures in a different styles of clothing for the time period that we wore.  The pictures in the seventies with the biggest of bell bottom jeans and blue jean jackets I think were the most hysterical.  Let's not forget the quart of hair spray that we put on the hair to see how high we could get it to flip over on top of our head. A few years back it seemed like I was wearing medical scrubs over my regular clothes almost everyday for a year. I was working at a warehouse and it was so dusty that wearing a scrubs helped to stop the penetration of that environment. There are so many uses for medical scrubs  let us not forget to mention the art teacher that wears them at our little guy's school.

Cell phone accessories

I always wanted an iphone but I had to wait for the right timing. I've had a lot of different celphones in the past including a chinese H802 touch phone which was very nice but what I didn't know was that it had analog TV when we all know that the only TV that we could pick up is digital. I thought we could change this in the phone but we couldn't. That was depressing. So I finally purchased my iphone with a lot of Cell phone accessories. Shopping around, I find a great price on the case to protect it.

Almost frozen fish

Oh my gosh! I was cleaning the fish aquarium yesterday we originally started out with little goldfish now they're huge. So I have to clean it more frequently.  I drain the water out down to four inches just enough for the fish to swim. As I was hooking up the hose to fill it back up my son and my husband distracted me with something they were doing. I turned on the cold water and forgot to turn on the hot water so the fish would have warm water. I came back about five minutes later plenty of time before the aquarium was filled. I've seen the moisture on the side of the tank indicating how cold the water was. The fish was just barely moving. By adding hot water I balanced the temperature out. The next day the fish still seemed  a little sluggish. I feel so bad I almost froze them.

Herbal spiritual products

It had been a long time since all my girlfriends and I had seen each other so it was just before that we decided to throw an all girls party. I was in charge of making sure everyone was going to show up. That was the easy part. Sally volunteered very happily to take care of the actual set up of the party. Remember these girls are girlfriends that I haven't had close contact with for at least fifteen years. She showed up at the house, I started helping her with all the party favours. A lot of these things I hadn't seen before. The first thing she lit up  were the K6 herbal incense. She started telling me about the different things she had brought and showed me the Spiritual powders.

In her neighborhood the latest craze are Party enhancers. The husbands are always having their night to watch the football game so the wives created their night calling it the PJ party. My friend said if I wanted to learn more about the products I could go to Herbal City LLC. They have so many different products.

Powdered coating system

I stopped in the Harbor Freight the other day to pick up some cans of paint to redo my raw iron rail patio set. It was starting to rust after I had painted it three years ago. As I was picking up the paint I noticed next to the paint was a  powder coating system. I looked at the box and found out that it actually  heats the powdered paint up and sprays it on your object so it looks so much more beautiful and suppose to last a lot longer. I hope it works good. It sure looks good.

I'm so glad that we bought our driveway sensor alarm. What's nice about is if you're waiting for a delivery you know they're here as soon as they pull on the driveway. Also our mail box sits back in so the alarm also indicates when the mail arrives. Sometimes early sometimes late. I think sometimes they forget. It also helps out when you're not expecting company and they show up unannounced. At least you have the short period of time to get to the door when unexpected.

USB barcode scanner

There are so many things to think about when starting a business these days. At first I didn't realise what I was getting myself into. Now that I've done it all I don't know if I'd do it again. My neighbor asked me to help her in business I really don't have a time so I wrote up a list for her to do and give me a call when she was done. One of the obstacles we ran into was linking three PC's so we could forever do work at three different locations. Of all the things that was overlooked that was so important was the usb barcode scanner. Without this we weren't going anywhere on our opening day. It showed up the day before and I scrambled to make sure everything was working right.

Term insurance vs. permanent insurance

Over the years we've switched back and forth not fully understanding the difference between term insurance vs. permanent insurance. One person would tell you to buy term because it seems to be more affordable but another will tell you to buy whole life because of its stability. Regardless of what you have you should make sure that you have something. A friend of ours' husband accidentally died at thirty eight years old leaving his wife and children with nothing. Very sad circumstances.

Online conference calls

Twenty years ago if you wanted to get a message to a colleague you could just catch them in the morning and let them know what you wanted. With only five employees that was pretty simple. But now that our business has merged with others the best way to get every body's attention is to send them an email and a back up fax to tell them how many online conference calls you'll be having this month and that all of the calls are related to safety issues. It seems like small accidents are happening more frequently and we need to discuss this with everyone.

Its like a domino effect the government can't pay its bills and that's because private businesses that receive grants  under the American recovery and re-investment act of 2009 are delinquent over 750 million dollars in unpaid corporate income tax, payroll taxes and excise tax. Diet pills

My girlfriend came over with tears in her eyes still trying to work on her weight loss. She spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on diet pills that don't work. So we started searching online  for the best of the best that might help her. To cheer her up  I pulled out the dance aerobic DVD that I purchased awhile back. I've always have fun dancing to it. So both of us had fun for the day dancing away the extra weight that we have.

Mole chaser

Every year we put our garden in and every year there's a;ways another problem wether it be insects or animal. This year we have problems with moles. Lucky for us because we didn't lose everything. After picking up a solar powered mole chaser. You stick it in the ground and it gives off a sonic pulse that the moles don't like so they stay away from our garden.

Scopes

My husband was telling me stories of years ago of him and his brother. When they were getting ready for their hunting trips. They had sixty eight acres of land, some of the land had very dense pine trees so at mid-day sun it was almost pitched black underneath. After the first time that he got lost he started bringing a compass to find his way out. Back then on his riffle he only had cross airs to line up his shot. Him and his brother were so happy one Christmas when they received new scopes as one of their Christmas presents. They were such better shots after lining up their new scopes.

Dead beat ebay seller

I couldn't believe what happened to my husband when he was bidding on EBay. How had been looking for an ATV for the kids. He has spent the best part of a month almost every evening to find the right one. He place his bid at the last moment and won the auction. Then in the days to follow he tried to contact the seller with no reply . He finally contacted EBay for the address of the seller at the same time telling EBay about the situation. He went there and the seller was outraged saying that he wasn't going to sell the ATV for that price. EBay's rules have barred him from selling again. The rules clearly state that there was no reserve and he was under obligation to sell it to us but he didn't. So depressing.

MegaMeeting video conferencing

My husband was telling me of the good old days when he worked for Aspen Square Management Company. After being a district foreman for five years he was sent on a business meeting to Cancun Mexico all inclusive. How much happier can you get? They spent four to five hours discussing different ways on saving a company money. Every two years after that year he was back in Cancun four times he was there until they changed over to their MegaMeeting video conferencing. Everything was very informative that he learned during this meetings but he sure misses the days in Cancun.

Splitting wood for winter

We have to start early getting ready for winter in New York State that means  taking a couple weekends with my husband going down into the woods  and picking the trees that will cut down for burning in our wood stove to heat the house. This year one of the trees that we picked out is close to a hundred years old. Its so huge that we went out and bought a bigger chainsaw just to be all to cut to the base so its a lot easier to split.

Discount ashton cigars

In today's world of no smoking anywhere the guys in the neighborhood have formed a cigar club. Every Tuesday they meet at Toms house because he doesn't mind the heavy smoke at his place. They play cards, have a few beers and just talk about the week or different things. This time I was asked by my husband to buy the months inventory of discount ashton cigars. This is a small price to pay to get my husband out of the house for at least one evening. Anyhow he has fun.

The meat in todays stores is so horrible. It may look fresh but thats about it. There's no taste anymore so I decided to look for a highly recommended butcher somewhre close to us if I can. A friend recommended a particular butcher about twenty miles away. The meat that we picked up was so delicious it seemed like it was a first time again tasting a porter house steak.

Computer video cables

I remember way back at the beginning with my first computer. It seemed to be so confusing to hook it all up but after the years went by and I hooked up three or four different ones, I laughed at my old mistakes. Now every three to four years we're upgrading our computer for something new something different. It seems like the way of the world. You know you just have to have it. Hooking the new computer to the HD TV with the new computer video cables wasn't so fun I had to drill through two walls to connect  them together.

Riobi chainsaw

Our small trees are overgrown at the back of our property so I decided to take it on my own to trim some back. First of I had to untangle the two one hundred foot cords to reach the back side of the property. After getting those all hooked up I had to locate our electric chainsaw in the shed. What a mess my husband had to clean that up. After cutting the first branch the chain came off the saw I decided to throw it in the garbage. I wanted to the store to buy a new one I found an 18 volt cordless chainsaw made by Riobi, bought an extra battery and now I'm good to go with no extension cords.

After bidding on an RV on eBay for six days we finally won it. We travelled all the way down to Bath North Carolina to pick it up. We brought transit tags with us but being we decided to stay some extra time  we went online to find an rv insurance quote. We found online at a great rate and had it faxed to us just in time for the ride home. Luckily nobody noticed that our temporary tags were outdated  by three days.

Weather

The weather can be so unpredictable as you know but with all the Doppler radars you think the forecasters in Central NY could get something right. Its always one day off or they say shattered showers that means its not going to rain at our house. Just ask our garden. My husband has put up shade blocks on the edge of the garden for the three ninety plus degree days. Our plants were just shriveling up to nothing and then we have this cold front come in and its only sixty five during the day. I just wish the weather would make up its mind.

Athritis pain

My mother in law comes up from Florida every spring to a little house my husband built for her summer stays in NY. The only problem this year with all the wet weather is the her arthritis is really bad. She is in so much pain its not funny. I asked her what the doctor in Florida gives her for medication. She says only pain pills. I can't believe they didn't give her any advice on what pills to take to try to help the joints. There are all types on the market. My husband went to the drugstore and asked the pharmacist for a product recommendation hopefully these pills will help slow down the pain.

Even with all the top soil we brought in eventually the nutrients ran out and our lawn slowly started dieing. But after a few years of getting it wrong we finally got it right. Our grass is so nice our neighbors ask us how we did it. We just tell them it was a lot of trial and error. Finding the right seed for the type of soil is very important. Now our next step is looking at all the different honda mowers to suit our landscape.

I never thought that I get bored with it but after ten years of doing the same thing I did. I been looking into an online nursing degree. I just don't know maybe its just a pre-mature midlife crisis. Who knows. A friend of mine took her online nursing degree. She says there's a lot of gratification at working in the hospital but there's also a lot of depressing situations also. Most in involving children.

Fish aquarium

Our fishes are getting so big. We have a 20 gallon aquarium. We started out with five gold fish, one cleaner. One day when we were fishing my son scooped up in our minnow net a small cat fish. The cat fish is big enough now where the fish food is not satisfying. We threw a crab in there and the next morning there was no crab anymore. His belly was full. Now everyday my son is in search of small worms so the cat fish doesn't eat our gold fish that are twice his size.

We were amazed at how great the taste is. They do have a site online which is simply http://www.buttercupcheese.com/ if you like to take a look at the cheeses. They can be shipped to you.

How to get rid of dark circles under my eyes

Mr. fix it

My husband has  amazed me over the years with some of the things that he has built for our house. Including taking out closet doors and building closet doors  that have built in shelving.  The mirror wall in our bedroom also has a hidden set of closets behind them. One evening heading back from Harbor Fest  I had my window down you can hear a weird sound coming from the front tire.  My husband pulled over  and it was a big nail in the tire leaking air. He opened up a glove box pulled out an old screw that was in there along with scotch tape. He wrapped the screw with scotch tape, pulled the nail out of the tire  and at the same time screwed the screw into the tire  to stop the air leak. I thought that was real amazing. He did this all in about one minute.

Green grass

You don't know that you missed grass until you don't have any. Our neighborhood last year was hit with some type of airborne red moss spores. It destroyed every body's lawn west of the main road where the whole mess started.  The weird thing about it was that it all started from a fertilizer supposedly to help grass but it was contaminated. So anyhow our new grass seed that we ordered is called the amazing Canada green grass. This grass is supposed to grow so dense it will starve out the red moss by the time fall gets here.

Washed out

Three years ago  we planted a couple of strawberry plants  now we have about six hundred. Amazing how fast that they spread. Three weeks ago we had heavy rain that washed out part of our bank in the backyard. We refilled this part  along with using some mulch in the area. Then we transplanted more than half of our strawberry plants around it. Not a lot of plants grow good here but strawberries thrive on a sandy base. Their root system also helps to hold the ground in place.

Colon cleansing detox

My husband had been healthy all his life, very seldom taking trips for an appointment to the doctors. But in the last year he had lots of different symptoms that the doctors just couldn't find the right diagnosis. He had pains underneath his left ribs every evening only after eating. It seemed to be just extreme trapped gas. But the doctors couldn't pin point the problem. He then went through a colon cleansing detox and everything seemed to disappear at least for now. He wish that he would have done this first.

Unfortunately we didn't have time to search for the smell. People were on their way to look at the apartment. So for a temporary fix I ran down to the local gas station where they had Renuzit aroma of apple cinnamon. After waving two of these around for twenty minutes  the apartment smelled great later on that evening after renting the apartment, we found a problem it was behind the refrigerator and it wasn't nice.

Stainless steel sinks

With today's economy it is always nice to save the money when you can where you can. I spent a lot of time online researching different  car insurance companies. After doing my research and buy my policy I saved over four hundred dollars. When it came to my health insurance that was a lot more complicated. For the amount of insurance that I wanted for the family I really couldn't afford but the next step down was more affordable for me and it basically had the same things as the Medicare part D plan. So far so good I hope it works for us.

Setting up apartment

My mother-in-law came back from Florida last weekend. Before she comes home we have to prepare her house hooking up the water lines that we filled with anti-freeze last fall to stop them from freezing. Everything was going fine until we turned on the water. We realized that this point that the hot water heater was rusted out at the bottom so water was going all over the floor. So back to the beginning unhooking everything to pull out the old hot water heater and putting in the new one. That was a fun thing on the early Saturday morning.

And if you don't do something about it by the time you reach age 50 you're in big trouble. My husband started looking for the best muscle building supplement a few years back. The product that he uses seems to help in more than one way along with his regular vitamins the doctor says he's going to  live a long time.

It is so ridiculous these days when it comes to fuel. We are planning a trip to Asia sometime late this year or early next year. Six years ago the price of a ticket was around 1100 dollars for the flight now it's over 1700 dollars if your lucky. So the money that we planned on for having a little fun or having a better hotel is gone. So I'm starting to save more because what's the sense of going if you can't have fun.

Now they started out big then they went small and smaller and now it seems like we're going back to bigger. So everyone can see the screen. The main thing that I worry about years ago was signal strength. A lot of places that I went I had no bars at all. That's when a cell booster would have been nice to have. I still don't get much of signal in the lower part of my house.

But on the other hand I love the looks we get when I drive the Vehi-Cross. The Vehi-Cross was a concept truck designed by Izusu for only  3 years 1999-2001 only around 4000 made it to the U.S.A. Alcohol detox

As they say too much of anything is usually not good for you. Of all things I read one time of the lady that had a heart attack.  It was because of too much chocolate that she ate day after day after day. So it goes to show you even too much of a good thing is bad. Thinking about it to me cigarrete smoking is only second to alcohol abuse. At least for cigarrete smokers a good percentage of them may just take a pill to stop them. When it comes to alcohol addiction it may require alcohol detox. Luckily these days its more common than what it was thirty years ago.

Every year for the past four we can't wait to launch the boat. This year with the gas prices way up we will probably just put it in  at the local launch a couple of times instead of keeping it in the marina. The cost of the dock is 400 dollars. The money we save on the dock will have to go to gas. The other thing is we need a new cooker for the boat. I found one a magma marine kettle it hangs off the side of the boat less chances for fires and easy clean up. Can't wait to install it.

Years ago my husband was approached by a church organization to re-structure their bell tower on their church.  As a contractor he has done a lot of unusual structures in his life. But the Church tower itself was ninety feet off the ground and standard scaffolding would not reach the location without a high risk of accidents. So custom scaffolding was designed for the job. Just to set up alone took three guys and a boom crane two weeks to place it at the site. After this was built to tear down of the original tower and the re-build of the new one took four months to completion.

The filter system is only around four hundred a year and more convenient. I think we're going to buy one.

Star Trek

There's so many different years of star trek enterprise out there. I'm still enjoying these days. My son likes watching it but he probably wants to tell mommy to be quiet because half the time I'm telling him what's coming next on the screen. The newest version of Star Trek movie was an awesome experience seeing that they want completely back to the beginning where everything started. Another great movie.

Melatonin

My husband first learned of melatonin years ago. It all started when he took a three week job at the power plant. His job schedule was 6:30 pm to 4:30 am trying to get some sleep after this was just about impossible for him. On his fourth day there, even though he had his hard hat on his head he hit a steel beam then fell backwards giving him a mild concussion. The melatonin along with his pain pills would at least give him seven hours of sleep.

My Son's Excitement

Our son gets so excited when he sees the Toys-R-US catalog in the mail. He says Mama with his hand out I know what he wants. It's great to see him zooming through the catalog stopping on every page just long enough to show me something he needs. I sit back for a minute and say maybe for your birthday or maybe Santa will bring it. Then he sits back and says how long 'till my birthday.

Appetite suppressants over the counter

My husband is kind of lucked out at his new job. He says in a ten hours that he's there a day he probably only works about three of that. The only problem with that situation is so much boredom going on. he tends to snack a lot. I tried it first giving him all the healthy things to snack on but that only works for short time. We are going to start looking for an  appetite suppressants over the counter for him this weekend. Who knows if it works for him  I might try it on myself.

Candles

We are always buying new scented candles for our house. We just love the glow and aroma. The only problem with these candles is that they don't set the wick low enough. So being they all are in glass jar we set them a top our wood stove. The heat liquify them all. We pour the liquid into one jar and added a new wick. Now we have one new candle and I don't know about the smell though.

Acne treatment review

Changing jobs came with a good salary increase but the environment that I'm working in is always hot and dusty. Every break I'm forever washing my face and neck area. I found out also that being my hair is so long it works as a collect all for the dust that flies to the air. Even with my safety googles on my eyes still dry out so using eye drops as a aily chore. My skin is acting differently to this environment so I have to look for a different acne cream. It will save me time and money to look at the acne treatment review. It's nice that someone has already compared these products.

Some of their products are reconditioned models that you can't tell from the perfect brand new ones with extreme savings. One of the things recently that we purchased was a weed whacker. We saved forty dollars compared to the one at home depot.

Male enhancement pills

I've heard that it gives such an ego boost to the guys. The cliche' bigger is always better. It must be the same feeling as  when women that undergo chest enlargement implant. They feel so much more confident about their appearance than before. For the guys that are less endowed the anticipation of what the male enhancement pills can do for them. I've heard that some pills work great but not on all  men. I guess it all depends on their physiology.

Duct tape usage

They say that there's a thousand and one usage for duct tape. Now I'm a true believer in this. My husband was out snow blowing the driveway when the rim broke on the snow blower. He couldn't believe that it was made out of plastic. The snow was coming down at about six inches an hour. He needed an instant fix. He tipped the snow blower on its side so he could get to the tire and rim. He took the duct tape and went round and went round and round the tire to hold the broken rim in place to finish the snow blowing. It actually worked. hahaha

Diet supplements

I went to the doctor's the other day for my annual check up. I couldn't believe  that I was five pounds heavier. I don't have a lot of physical activities at work. Let's face it, how many calories can you burn sitting at a desk all day? After I'm done for the day who wants to go on the gym. Not me. And until spring is here I'm not going for my walks in the snow. So I guess I better start looking for  diet supplements that works well with my physiology.

Hemogex

There's so many breakthrough when it comes to health field these days. But the different types of treatments takes so long to reach the general public. People die  everyday and there could have been a cure for them on the other side of the world. Some of these discoveries balanced on ethics versus desperation of a whole nation. When it comes to hemogex  there are so many scams out there. It's best to do an intense search for the best product.

80's hair band

Being I wasn't in the United States in the 1980's I think its so cool to look back on their 1980's heavy metal hair bands. My  little guy picks up the broom and pretends he is playing along with the bands. I can't believe the video Twisted Sister when it comes to the teacher talk into the students he asked them what they want to do with their life. They scream back "I wanna rock". Awesome old video. New to me.

Acer aspire laptops

It seems like every two to three years I'm getting sick of the laptop that I constantly work on. The reason being probably is that it gets beat up from all the different environments that I work in. You would have to have a bullet proof case on some construction jobs. The last one I replaced was completely broken in half as the guys set the materials to close to the bench I was working on, it collapsed. I hope the new acer aspire laptops that I purchased will have a longer life than the last one.

Fuel savings

Even though my truck is a little truck with the four cylinder I'd still like to get better gas mileage. The other day I ordered the fuel doctor. Supposedly it reduces electrical noise in your vehicles fuel injection system which improves fuel efficiency. By enhancing the firing of your engine your gas mileage is greatly increased. I can only hope that it works with the price of gas so high.

Brother p-touch tape

There is something to be said about running your own business. The money is coming in okay but it is almost always a seven day a week job. In the near future some of the things that I have to do on a daily basis can be put on an automated  system.  Building the system is another thing. Just when you think you have it all worked out something doesn't work right. I had so many files on my desk the other day thank goodness for the brother p touch tape I had to keep re-using old folders. Some of these I re-labelled three times.

The printer

Did you ever think that your printer has a mind of its own?  The first problem we had was when we first bought our computer the old computer didn't work with it. So we went out and bought a new printer which the new printer likes to work one minute on command then the next it doesn't.  After having the new printer for about two months we found a download online that will let our old printer work with the new computer. Needless to say I took that new printer and booted it to the curve.

Chair slipcovers

At one of the apartment complexes that my husband used to oversee sometimes they would have people come in  on a short lease of three months. They needed the apartments completely furnished. My husband said the worst part about  people moving out was that they had to remove the furniture so that the apartment could be painted and cleaned. When everything was put back it wasn't hard making it look new with chair slipcovers and couch covering along with flower vases and throw pillows. It look like a work of art for the next occupants.

Snow

The snow is nice untill it starts melting. When it does lots of different things happens. First off it gets heavier. A lot of roofs can't take it so they collaps. On the other hand lives are lost from people shoveling their roofs and falling off. Some roof back up with ice from heat loss then start leaking. Also if the snow melts too fast we have flooding. For us our only problem with it is getting stuck in the driveway because the road plow pushed  it too deep at the end.

Brakes

We decided to take a chance and hopefully save some money by buying a used car off the Internet. The first thing that we made4 sure of is that the car was from a Southern State. Cars up North here like to rust very fast because of the salt in the winter. What we didn't count on was  ocean salt in the Carolina's where the car came from. The first thing that we needed to replace were the rotors and the brakes. The next thing cost us a bundle replacing the gas lines and as the man replaced the gas lines he broke one of the gas line also. What a lot of money we spent.

Dav rain boots

Originally living in the Philippines we're 99 days out of a hundred are dry. Besides going to school with my dress uniform and dress shoes all other days were spent wearing flip flops, sandals. Now that I'm living in cold New York I can't believe how many different pairs of shoes I have. So much different weather here. Lately I've picked up a pair of dav rain boots for our mid-winter melt down of all the snow. Shopping for snowmobile type boots was quite a search also online.

Watching Tron movie

We're hanging out the house yesterday staying inside keeping warm. With our extreme cold of outdoors it is impossible to take the kids outdoor. Eating a late breakfast we skipped lunch so everybody started to get hungry around two thirty. We ended up going to Pizza Hut some place we haven't been in a while. Then after that we went to see the new movie Tron. The movie was good but hard to follow. It probably would have been better if I had watched the original one that came out years ago.

Welch Allyn

Going to the doctor's these days I had to laugh its like taking your car to the fixing shop. So many technical tools for today's intricate cars. Now lets face  it. Cars have changed over the years. It used to be one man one wrench one fixed.  But when it comes to people, have we really changed that much? When I had my short hospital stay I couldn't help but noticed how many welch allyn technical tools there were.  I thought back to my car at the garage and had to laugh.

Aquarium

The man at the pet shop gave me a great deal a while back on a fifty gallon aquarium. I just love it. It gives another focal point inside our house. Originally we picked up tropical fish they didn't seem to do so well because our water is high in iron. So after the unfortunate illumination of our tropical fish we just picked up some different colored gold fish not realising how fast they grow. In one year They've grown close to four inches. We're thinking about making a pond outdoors for the summer time for them.

Weight loss pills that work

My next door neighbor spent thousands and thousands of dollars on rebuilding her body. I seen her before when she was heavier all she really needed was weight loss pills that work. Hours and hours a week spent with the trainer. Liposuction that she also has as a quick fix only endebted her more using her charge card she added up the bills quite quickly. What she really needed at the start of all this was just a good friend and some aerobic dancing would have toned her up quite nicely. I know I did it myself.

Collectors item

I'm so glad over the years that every time that I bought my nephew a new Hess gas station truck I also bought an extra one to put up as a collectors item. They're also nice to display in my son's room. He keeps on looking at them but I tell him that those are the ones we put up for some day when he has a little boy of his own. He says "what!!!" with a laugh. Anyhow, the one's that are over ten years old have doubled in price. So I guess in a way it's a small savings account.

One a day vitamin

I am just so tired of being tired all the time. I work on hours but it seems like I have enough sleep. This is how I felt for almost two years straight. It was getting completely out of control. Because of my fatigue I was having sporadic outbreaks of anger for no reason at all. I was taking three kinds of vitamins but what I find out was that I needed a one a day vitamin included in all these along with changing my diet and not eating the wrong things late at night. Help eliminate my fatique.

But after seeing so many commercials on T.V. about the Oreck xl pro air purifier that were factory reconditioned at half price we bought one and it's so much more efficient  than our old one.

Fat burn exercises

Ever since having my son I've had a few extra pounds to get rid of. I consider myself one of the lucky ones that didn't have a lot of extra weight after giving birth. But trying to get rid of this few little pounds seems like a never ending story. I start to drop the weight and it just seems to come back. Recently, the fat burn exercises that I have been doing seems so hopeful. If I start experiencing  the weight coming back I just do a longer program of the exercises each day.

Cold outdoors

This winter or should I say this month  is the most continuous cold temperatures outdoors that we've had in a long time.  We thought for the longest time we wouldn't have much snow to ride our snowmobile. Finally in the last two weeks we've received about three foot. Riding a snowmobile is a lot of fun as long as you're dressed for the occasion. It takes about forty five minutes for me to dress my son and myself just to go outside for an hour or two. As long as it is not windy outdoors with a little bit of sunshine it is not too bad.

Site builder

Hosting companies make it sound so easy for you to build your own website. There are so many questions unanswered. You get halfway through it  and you can't figure it out. Trying to talk to their tech support is like talking to a wall they assume you know everything already. So after failing we decided to go to site builders. Let's face it they're professionals at what they do from beginning to end. Starting with our template making up multiple one sure saves us  time. Setting up the easy interface for editing keeps it very simple. One problem we had in the past  was that our whole site froze up from editing the wrong information. With the professional site builders they were able to limit the extent that we could edit in our site to divert any catastrophe  like that.

Scammers on ebay

Never get your hopes up when it seems too good to be true like they say it probably is. Bidding on EBay is getting so bad these days. People put their stuff on Eba then they have a friend, a cousin who knows bidding it up. So let's say you bid on something. And the bid doesn't seem to be going that high. You've already put in a high hidden bid but it hasn't gone anywhere because there's nobody is bidding against you. Then in the last day sometimes the last hour some mystery bidder comes in and keeps on bidding it up and up.  We just let the auction go. Usually the next day you see the product re-listed on eBay usually not costing anything to the seller. It was just a fake bidder trying to get you to bid higher and higher for the product. There's not many fair auctions left. We suggest buying products that only have the buy it now button. At least you know what you're paying for.

Food delivery

It brings back some good bad and funny memories. I met so many different people growing up. One of my first jobs I will call it food delivery specialists. In a three year time frame I'd worked for two different restaurants between delivering pizza and Friday's fresh fish dinners I had put over twenty thousand miles on my car. If it wasn't for my car falling apart I probably would still be delivering to this day.

Rocky Patel

It was so much fun helping my girlfriend do the renovations of the bedroom preparing it for her baby that is due in February. The bright pinks and purples are only neutralized a little bit by the bright white of the crib. With the rug being a silverish gray it adds so much dimension to the room. On another note her husband was so delighted when his delivery of Rocky Patel showed up. She told her husband not to smoke any of them but he couldn't resist just one before the delivery date of the baby.

Kids crooked house clock

In the weeks to come my husband is setting up his wood shop work shop on hopes that he found a niche in the market. Sitting there watching cartoon with our son he thought that it might be a good add on to our son's room if he build a crooked house clock to add to my son's unusual decor in his room. So he designed a pattern out of his head and bought the clock mechanism. So in the weeks to come we'll see what kind of product becomes of it. Hopefully with a little luck he can sell this on his site online.

OSHA signs

They always say the past is the past we can't change that. It's a shame that people had to die but the only thing you could hope for is something good becomes from this. A lot of the accidents in the past probably could have been prevented if we had osha signs. A bright red warning does get your attention as you're walking by an area. Having a good knowledge of what chemicals not to store or not to mix even at home is a great idea.
