Diabetes runs in my husband's family. My husband remembers when his dad was first diagnosed in his middle forties. He tried fighting it all the time but he can't never beat it. Diabetes is one of the main causes of his father's death. My husband tries to keep his weight down and get some kind of exercise each day. By doing this they say you reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by fifty eight percent. Keeping your weight down and you're exercising constant is the main clue.
