Fudge Marble Cake
Here's the super easy fudge marble cake recipe using a boxed cake mix that I cooked. Please don't wonder why there's a missing piece here. My son Jarred already ate it. (lol!)
Here's the recipe for you guys who wanted to make this delicious desert.
Cooking Directions:
1. Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease sides and bottom of pans generously. Dust lightly with flour.
2. Mix:
Blend 1-1/3 cups cool water, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and cake mix in large mixing bowl at low speed, scraping often, until moistened (about 1 minute). Scrape bowl and beaters.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. (If hand mixing, about 450 strokes). Scrape bowl often.
Pour 3/4 of batter into prepared pans. Sprinkle cocoa mixture from small packet into remaining batter; blend thoroughly. Spoon over batter in pans. Cut through batter with knife to achieve a marble effect.
3. Bake:
Bake at 350 degrees F. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake 10-20 minutes in pan. remove from pan and place side up on cooling rack. Frost when completely cool. Store loosely covered.
