It's been a while since I updated my posts here but I'm glad to be back. What's keeping me busy? I decided to get something done at the little apartment first so it would be ready for the next move in. After we post our advertisement two days ago from Craigslist we are flooded with calls from people inquiring about the rent. Daddy was busy at his new job so since I was staying at home I had the chance to show to the people who came in to see the apartment downstairs. Yesterday, it was about 6 pm when the last person arrived. It was an elderly lady. After exchanging words with her we agreed to settle down an agreement. We are happy to met our new tenant for she seems to be a good tenant. We are hoping to be lucky this time.

Amazing what you don't know. We felt so much more confident by taking our time in taking the boater safety course. We didn't know there's so many things to be learned about safety on boats. After winning a boat on ebay, it was 1989 sunbird a fixer upper somebody had re-done the interior with the plaid color scheme horribly. So we went back on ebay and bought three different colors of vinyl to re-do it ourselves. Turned out nice. We finally got it out on the lake having a great day. After towing the kids around on the raft for quite sometime my husband wanted me to drive so he could try to ski again. It's tough to know exactly how much to back off a throttle after he got up on the ski but after three tries I got it right. Too fast too slow. You have to find the right speed to carry him on the skis but I made it. It was about the middle of the afternoon when another boat cruising on a high rate speed cut us off. You can see the blue lights of the sheriffs boat hot on his heels.The group of people that were in this boat beach the boat as the sheriff pulled up. I think they were trying to get rid of their beer or the minor people that were on the boat by climbing out on land. We heard later that they got a Boating OUI. Boating in Arizona is still always the best for safety first for us. We hope these younger people learned their lesson with drinking and driving on the water.

What happened when your child had lollipops? We visited my husband's new job site yesterday and there is a candy jar on the manager's desk. The nice manager offered some to Jarred and of course who would say no to the invitation. He grab a piece and when he's done he reached out another piece. When we got home he is bouncing off the wall. That's what happened when sugar hits your child.
