Fudge Marble Cake

Here's the super easy fudge marble cake recipe using a boxed cake mix that I cooked. Please don't wonder why there's a missing piece here. My son Jarred already ate it. (lol!)

Here's the recipe for you guys who wanted to make this delicious desert.
Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease sides and bottom of pans generously. Dust lightly with flour.
2. Mix:
Blend 1-1/3 cups cool water, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and cake mix in large mixing bowl at low speed, scraping often, until moistened (about 1 minute). Scrape bowl and beaters.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. (If hand mixing, about 450 strokes). Scrape bowl often.
Pour 3/4 of batter into prepared pans. Sprinkle cocoa mixture from small packet into remaining batter; blend thoroughly. Spoon over batter in pans. Cut through batter with knife to achieve a marble effect.
3. Bake:
Bake at 350 degrees F. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake 10-20 minutes in pan. remove from pan and place side up on cooling rack. Frost when completely cool. Store loosely covered.

Perfect time to start our summer

Almost everybody has been away for the past weekend and memorial holiday with different family activities . For us, yesterday was a wonderful time to start our summer having picnic at my step daughter's who is the host of the party. The children had lots of fun running around the backyard. Its a big break for the family to socialize with everyone and unwind from the busy life.

Outdoor Gear

Our children loves camping so when we put a tent in our backyard the kids were filled with so much happiness. They were bouncing up and down with excitement. We have everything in the tent that we basically need such as sleeping bags, Surefire Flashlights, and some books to read. My son is more intrigued when he discovered that he can flick on a flashlight. It turned out into a puppet theater when Daddy do the handy puppet trick using a shadow of his hands. Later on we gather around the campfire and enjoy an evening of fun. It was such a great time being together.

An invitation

My mom in law called last night inviting us to come over for dinner tonight. They been away for quite sometime and stayed in Florida to get away from the freezing cold of New York state. Now that spring is here they come back to spend the warm season with the kids. I just remembered what my father in-law said before they left, he said "I can't wait for our trip to new york so I can see Jarred again". That was really nice and sweet to hear. So tonight we will be spending some time with them and catch up with the lost time that we been away from each other.

Coming home

Yesterday was quite a busy day for us. We went to my in-laws house and fix the furnace and hooked up the water line so it would be ready by the time my in-laws come home from a long drive from Florida. Ocala Florida to Hastings NY would take 19 hours and 25 minutes non-stop driving, 1200.22 miles. We spend two hours fixing and by the time were done its about 11 o'clock and decided to stop on a garage sale on our way home. Daddy found a karaoke radio for the price of what he paid its very reasonable enough they just wanted to get rid of it and sell it for a very cheap amount. We are expecting Mom and Dad to arrive today wishing a safe trip for them.

I woke up this morning and my right eye is twitching. Oh I just hate it. What a ridiculous feeling to start my day. It felt like when I look at my reflection in the mirror it seems like I am winking to myself. urgh! How can I stop it? So I googled my own question and here it what it says about Blepharospasm. Please click HERE and you'll be amazed by their answer. Somehow I tried to ignore the twitching of my eyes and it disappeared later in a day.
