Staying fit : its importance

For some exercise has been always important to stay fit, but for some they started exercising and give up for some reasons. It might be a hectic schedule from other activities and they don't have time to exercise. I put myself on the second situation I just mentioned. I've always been very active way back and engaged in lots of activities to stay physically fit but after i gave birth I focused myself as a homemaker and setting aside the latter. Everyday I was complaining of my back pain. So last night my husband took one of the workout tapes that he got and said " here you might want to look at it" so this morning I played the VHS tape and started doing my workout. Yes keeping physically fit is very important. There's a big wonder after all.
